Ah…back-to-school time. For many of you, this means back to lunch packing, snack packing, and hungry kids as soon as they get home from school. We’re a homescooling family and while we don’t actually pack lunches, we are constantly on the go and having healthy snacks that are portable is a big help. Fiber One® has come out with something new that my kids are enjoying: Fiber One® Chewy bars, which are available in two varieties: Chocolate and Strawberry PB&J. They love both, but Strawberry PB&J ones were finished off first, if that tells you anything.
