My niece makes a yummy dessert that she calls cheesecake sopapillas. She uses crescent rolls and cream cheese and an assortment of other ingredients. Anytime I can pair coffee into baked goods, it's a good day. Add in some chocolate and you probably have the best day ever. When I made these coffee muffins, Courtney said "what makes them different than cupcakes, other than no frosting?" I didn't have a good answer for her. Remember how I made homemade marshmallows with Iced Coffee?
