Since April is National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Month, I thought it would be fun to combine one of their favorite pizzas into a sandwich. And just like that, Hawaiian Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich was born. … [Read more...]

After falling into a pizza topping rut, I decided to try a new, easy dinner idea: Arugula Pizza. We have pizza almost every week, but we had been having the same old pizza toppings over and over again, and it's been enough to make me want to skip our weekend pizza ritual. But this changed things up and it was a fairly healthy pizza too. … [Read more...]

It's week 6 of my food photography course and this week our assignment was to show a series of photos from a party at home. We took an outing to Town Square recently - it's one of our favorite places to hang out. It's an outdoor mall in Las Vegas with lots of great shops and restaurants. There is a children's park in the middle where kids can play. During warmer months, there is water play feature at the playground, plus movies in the park. At night, all the trees are lit of white lights and there is music playing from speakers as you walk around. There's an Apple Store, which the kids love to visit. I think … [Read more...]
