- 20 oz. partially cooked refrigerated tortellini pasta
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup chopped salami
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Pasta according to the package instructions. But only cook them until they are partially cooked.
- Rinse Pasta with cold water to cool it down.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, mozzarella pearls, and salami. Toss to combine.
- In a liquid measuring cup, combine, Italian Dressing, Paprika, Celery Seed, and garlic powder. Whisk together.
- Pour Dressing Mixture over Pasta Salad and top with Parmesan Cheese. Stir to evenly disperse dressing and serve.
