- 1 Box of Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Flour
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F Degrees
- Combine the Cake Mix, Vegetable Oil, Flour, and Eggs.
- Roll the Cookie Dough into 2-inch balls or use a small Cookie Dough Scooper.
- Dip the Cookie Dough Balls into Powdered Sugar. Make sure they are completely coated.
- Place on a prepared Baking Sheet (2 to 3 inches apart).
- Bake for 8 to 10 Minutes in the oven.
- Remove from oven when done and place on a cooling rack.
- Prep Time: Less than 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
