Melt the dark chocolate for 30 seconds at a time in a microwave safe bowl until melted smoothly. Be careful not to burn it.
Pour the chocolate on the parchment paper and spread the chocolate until it is about 1/3″ thick.
Melt the white chocolate, using the steps above.
Transfer the white chocolate to a piping bag or Ziploc bag to zigzag across the melted dark chocolate.
Crush the peppermints if you did not get them already crushed. Sprinkle on top of the white chocolate while still soft. If you have any white chocolate left zigzag again.
Harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then break the candy into pieces.
