  • Yield: Enough to fill 14 oz coffee mug with room for foam or whipped cream

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons French Vanilla Coffee-Mate Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 2/3 double-strength hot brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
  • Optional: whipped cream and additional caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large coffee cup, add creamer and caramel sauce. Pour in hot coffee, stir until caramel sauce is mostly dissolved. Set aside.
  2. In a small pan, heat milk in small saucepan over medium heat, whisking or beating constantly to create foam. Heat until milk is hot (not boiling). Remove from heat and pour milk slowly into coffee cup, while using a large spoon to hold back foam. After milk has been completely poured, spoon foam onto the latte. If desired, drizzle with additional caramel sauce.

Notes

–If you wish, you can skip topping with the foam and top with whipped cream and then drizzle with caramel sauce.

–A tiny pinch of sea salt added with the caramel inside the cup and also a tiny sprinkle on top of the caramel drizzle on top is super yummy!
