This delicious No-Fuss Jalapeno Hummus recipe can be made in less than 5 minutes or less. Combine canned chickpeas and jarred jalapenos, and a few other simple ingredients, to make this easy dip recipe.
- 1 jar Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Tamed Jalapeno Peppers (16 ounces, drained with 1 tablespoon liquid reserved)
- 3 cans chickpeas (15.5 oz, drained and rinsed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Water (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. If needed, water may be added to thin out hummus. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or pita bread.
