  • 8 oz . cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 oz can DOLE Tropical Fruit (15.25, well drained)
  • 1/4 cup DOLE Crushed Pineapple (well drained)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit (sliced)


  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Carefully fold in whipped topping, coconut, and crushed pineapple.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture into an 8-inch circle on top of the wax paper lined baking sheet. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Remove crust carefully from the wax paper and place on serving plate. Arrange strawberries, kiwi, and tropical fruit on crust. If needed, return to freezer for a few minutes to firm up crust again. Remove from freezer, cut into wedges and serve immediately on plates.
  5. NOTE: If you placed your pizza back into the freezer after adding the fruit and left it in too long, allow to sit on counter just a few minutes and it will thaw enough for easy cutting.
