- 8 oz . cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 oz can DOLE Tropical Fruit (15.25, well drained)
- 1/4 cup DOLE Crushed Pineapple (well drained)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 kiwi fruit (sliced)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Carefully fold in whipped topping, coconut, and crushed pineapple.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into an 8-inch circle on top of the wax paper lined baking sheet. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove crust carefully from the wax paper and place on serving plate. Arrange strawberries, kiwi, and tropical fruit on crust. If needed, return to freezer for a few minutes to firm up crust again. Remove from freezer, cut into wedges and serve immediately on plates.
- NOTE: If you placed your pizza back into the freezer after adding the fruit and left it in too long, allow to sit on counter just a few minutes and it will thaw enough for easy cutting.
