  • All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 Cups)
  • Baking Soda (1 Teaspoon)
  • Unsalted Butter (1 Cup/ 2 Sticks)
  • Granulated Sugar (3/4 Cup)
  • Brown Sugar (3/4 Cup)
  • Large Eggs (2 – Room Temperature)
  • Potato Chips (2 Cups – Crushed)
  • Butterscotch Chips (1 Cup)

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Line baking sheet(s) with silicone mat or parchment paper.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda
  4. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat the eggs until well combined
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture until mixed.
  6. Stir in crushed potato chips and butterscotch chips
  7. Divide cookie dough on a cooking sheet with a cookie dough scoop or spoon.
  8. Bake for 810 minutes
  9. After letting them sit for 2 minutes, transfer to a wire rack so they can cool completely.
  10. Store in an air-tight container
