Ingredients
8 slices bacon cooked until crisp, crumbled or chopped into bits
1 (8 oz) pkg. Cream Cheese or Neufchatel cheese, room temperature
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1 (1 oz) pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions
Fresh vegetables and crackers , for serving
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whip the Cream Cheese or Neufchatel cheese with a whisk until smooth. Add sour cream and ranch dressing mix, whisk again until smooth. Add cheddar cheese, green onions and crumbled bacon, and fold until evenly distributed. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
