  • 1216 ounces cooked chicken meat (leftovers or from a rotisserie chicken)
  • Optional toppings: black beans (drained and rinsed, corn kernels, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, avocado wedges, guacamole, cilantro)
