Does pouring the mayonnaise mixture on top make it taste like mayo, or does it just add moisture/richness??? I hate the taste of it, so I’m hesitant- I’m considering subbing ranch dressing…

Overall o pretty good recipe. Quick and simple. ONE BIG CHANGE should be made in the directions. To hold the hamburger and other ingredients together the egg and mayo liquid should be poured over the mixture PRIOR to putting the cheese on top of the casserole.
Hope this helps.

This dish is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I’ve been watching my carb intake for a couple of years now and I’m always looking for new recipes to change it up a bit. I found this by accident and I’m so glad I did! One of the best things about this dish is that you can tweak it based on your personal preference. I used sweet pickles instead of dill and doubled the amount. I also added some diced tomatoes and added some organic ketchup to the mix. With this dish you don’t feel like you’re sacrificing anything. I make this a couple times a month now. Thank you for the recipe!!!!!!
