2 cups heavy cream
1 package vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1. In a large bowl, mix together the heavy cream and pudding mix for about 2 minutes. Mix in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until completely combined.
2. Refrigerate pumpkin dip mixture for at least 2 hours.
3. Serve with gingersnap cookies, graham crackers, or apple slices!
