- 2 boxes of Lime Gelatin (3oz each)
- 2 boxes of Cherry Gelatin (3oz each)
- 4 cups of Boiling Water
- 2 envelopes of Unflavored Gelatin (.25oz each)
- 2 cups of Hot Water
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz
Instructions
- Set out 2 – 13×9 pans or dishes. (You can use 4 – square pans)
- Combine 6oz of Lime Gelatin in a medium bowl with 2 cups of Boiling Water.
- Stir until the gelatin is dissolved
- Pour into one of the prepared 13×9 pans
- Repeat steps #2, #3, and #4 with the 6oz of Cherry Gelatin.
- Place pans into the refrigerator to set, about 1 to 2 hours.
- Lightly spray another 13×9 dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, stir unflavored Gelatin and 2 cups of Hot Water until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Let it sit until mostly cooled down (About 20 minutes)
- Meanwhile, remove both pans from the refrigerator and cut them into small cubes, about 1-inch squares.
- Evenly place the gelatin cubes in the prepared 13×9 pan.
- Pour over the gelatin squares when the milk and gelatin are cooled down.
- Place in the refrigerator to set for 4 hours
- Cut into bars and serve
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
