We love making vintage recipes that we used to enjoy when we were younger and having our younger family members try them for the first time. Broken Jello (or Broken Glass Jello) is a colorful and sweet treat that you can even match the colors to whatever holiday is going on.
What color combinations can you do with Broken Jello?
We made our dessert to match the colors of Christmas (Green and Red) but here are some other color combinations for different holidays…
- Valentine’s Day: Red and Pink (cherry and strawberry gelatin)
- St. Patrick’s Day: Green and Orange (lime and orange gelatin)
- Easter: Purple and Yellow (grape and lemon gelatin)
- Fourth of July: Red and Blue (strawberry and berry blue gelatin)
- Halloween: Orange and Purple (orange and grape gelatin)
- Thanksgiving: Orange and Yellow (orange and lemon gelatin)
