Ingredients

- 5–6 ice cubes
- 3 oz vanilla vodka
- 3 oz coconut rum
- 4 oz half and half
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- Splash pineapple juice
- Vanilla frosting (for garnish)
- Shredded sweetened coconut (for garnish)
- Mini marshmallows (for garnish)
Instructions
- Apply a thin layer of frosting to the rims of 4 shot glasses.
- Roll each rim in shredded coconut and chill for 30 minutes.
- Add the ice, vanilla vodka, coconut rum, half and half, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Shake, shake, shake!
- Pour into shot glasses and garnish with a mini marshmallow on the rim.
