Remember how I made homemade marshmallows with Iced Coffee? I was sent new International Delight Iced Coffee to try and I liked it so much that I was inspired to see if it would work in making coffee marshmallows…and it did work!
One of the perks of being chosen to try this new Iced Coffee, is that I was able to share the coffee love with another blogger. I was able to pick a blogger of my choice and they would also be sent three 1/2 gallons of International Delight Iced Coffee.
While I have a long list of favorite bloggers I would have loved to have sent the coffee to, there was one blogger who’s name immediately came to mind: Diane Schmidt of Created by Diane. I stumbled onto Diane’s blog within the last year or so and ever since, it’s been one of my favorites. I was sure I wanted to send her this Iced Coffee gift, but I did have one question….

…does she even drink coffee? I wasn’t sure, so I did a search on her site. Using her search box, I typed in “coffee” to see what would come up. I found a post for Coffee Chocolate Chip Muffins and upon starting to read it, I learned that she doesn’t drink coffee! WHAT?? Say it isn’t so! I read on and I learned that it’s just not her thing, that her husband and kids do like it. Her recipe for Coffee Chocolate Chip Muffins also suggested to me that she might consider using coffee as a baking ingredient, so I was relieved and decided to continue on with her as my first choice.
I visit Created by Diane often to see what yummy things she’s cooking up. The sweet treats on her blog are usually my favorite, but she’s also got fabulous savory dishes at well. She has so much good stuff that I find myself pinning her recipes frequently on Pinterest. This is one of my favorites – Cornbread Tamale Bites with Jalapeno, Cheese and Bacon:

I also follow Diane on Twitter, where she shares lots of great things…like this:

Oh, that one was about ME! I couldn’t resist. But, seriously, she finds and shares LOTS of other amazing stuff too:

Of course, she’s also on Facebook where she not only shares her own recipes, but other tasty ones.

I hope Diane and her family enjoys the International Delight #IcedCoffee. I know I enjoyed being able to share this with a fellow food blogger!
If you enjoy yummy recipes, be sure to check out Created by Diane! You’ll be happy you did!
