- 12oz Butterscotch Chips
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 Cups Cornflakes Cereal
- Christmas Sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large Baking Sheet with Wax Paper or Parchment Paper
- Pour the Cornflakes into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, add the Butterscotch chips and Vegetable Oil. Stir occasionally over a medium heat until melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Peanut Butter and stir well to incorporate. When it is well combined, transfer the mixture into a large bowl and add the cornflakes.
- Toss the cereal with the mixture. Make sure to be gentle so the cereal pieces don’t break.
- Drop a tablespoon onto the baking sheet and sprinkle Christmas sprinkles.
- Let them cool completely before storing them in an airtight container in the fridge.
