I love baking treats throughout the year but there is something about Christmastime. My family and I love making a list of treats we want and making them together or by ourselves. Over the years I have loved making no-baking treats because of how easy and quick they are!
These cookies are so easy to make and only take 5 ingredients! You will need Butterscotch Chips, Vegetable Oil, Creamy Peanut Butter, Cornflakes Cereal, and Christmas Sprinkles. If you are making this outside of the holiday season, you can change out the sprinkles for a different theme or holiday! Like a Baby Shower, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, etc.

Ingredients Needed for No-Bake Butterscotch Cornflake Cookies:
- Butterscotch Chips (12oz)
- Vegetable Oil (1 Tablespoon)
- Creamy Peanut Butter (1/2 Cup)
- Cornflakes Cereal (4 Cups)
- Christmas Sprinkles
Cooking Equipment Needed for No-Bake Butterscotch Cornflake Cookies:
How to make No-Bake Butterscotch Cornflakes Cookies:
1. Line a large Baking Sheet with Wax Paper or Parchment Paper.
2. Pour the Cornflakes into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
3. Add the butterscotch chips and vegetable oil to a small saucepan. Stir occasionally over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat.

4. Add Peanut Butter and stir well to incorporate. When it is well combined, transfer the mixture into a large bowl and add the cornflakes.
5. Toss the cereal with the mixture. Make sure to be gentle so the cereal pieces don’t break.
6. Drop a tablespoon of the mixture onto the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle Christmas sprinkles.
7. Let them cool completely before storing them in an airtight container in the fridge.
