Description

  • 4 14oz packages of Little Smokies
  • 3 Cups of Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons of Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

Ingredients

Scale
  1. Preheat your Smoker to 250 F
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the barbecue sauce.
  3. Add Smokies to Cast Iron Skillet or Aluminum Pan.
  4. Pour 12 cups of the barbecue sauce over the little smokies. We poured 2 cups because we like them saucy.
  5. Place Skillet or Pan on Smoker and cook for 2-3 hours, depending on the amount of additional smoke flavor you like. Stir occasionally during cooking to make sure the little smokies are covered in the barbecue sauce.
  6. Remove from the Smoker and allow to cool slightly.
  7. Serve with more sauce for dipping.
