Description
- 4 14oz packages of Little Smokies
- 3 Cups of Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Honey
- 3 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons of Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
Ingredients
Scale
- Preheat your Smoker to 250 F
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the barbecue sauce.
- Add Smokies to Cast Iron Skillet or Aluminum Pan.
- Pour 1–2 cups of the barbecue sauce over the little smokies. We poured 2 cups because we like them saucy.
- Place Skillet or Pan on Smoker and cook for 2-3 hours, depending on the amount of additional smoke flavor you like. Stir occasionally during cooking to make sure the little smokies are covered in the barbecue sauce.
- Remove from the Smoker and allow to cool slightly.
- Serve with more sauce for dipping.
