NO meal planning, NO grocery shopping, and practically no meal prep or clean up? I’m sharing how you can get 10-minute stress-free dinners delivered — plus $50 off for a limited time!
Whether you like to cook or you simply cook because it’s a necessity, I’m sure you’ll agree that it would be nice if cooking didn’t also involve multiple other steps. If you’re going to cook, it usually means that you must also meal plan, grocery shop, AND clean up. Add in all those tasks and cooking even a simple meal can take a considerable amount of time.
If you’re like me, you probably just deal with it and have some of your own little life hacks for handling it all. Maybe you rotate and reuse weekly menu plans (smart idea). Maybe you have your groceries delivered (I wish). Perhaps you cook and your significant other cleans up (the best solution ever).
If life is busy for you too, I have an idea that might just help give you back some of the time in your week. It involves NO meal planning, NO grocery shopping, and practically no meal prep or clean up.
It may sound too good to be true, but I experienced it this week and knew that many of you would enjoy it too. I even made arrangements to offer my readers $50 off so you could try it.
The little life hack that had me enjoying stress-free dinners this week comes from Gobble – a meal delivery service. They deliver gourmet, farm-fresh dinner kits, with each one taking only 10 minutes and 1 pan — and no special cooking skills needed. The first meal I cooked was Meyer Lemon Gnocchi. It comes with a beautiful, 2-sided recipe card that tells you the supplies to gather and more.

(original price $71.70)
On the back of each card is simple 3-step instructions for each meal – even with photos to help guide you.
The dinner kits include all the ingredients you’ll need to make your dinner. They are pre-chopped and par-cooked ingredients that are pre-measured for you into the perfect portions you’ll need. For almost all of the ingredients, you just open the packaging and use.
For my Meyer Lemon Gnocchi, I did have to cut the asparagus into thirds, which was very easy to do.
And, I thinly sliced some radish for garnish.
This Meyer Lemon Gnocchi was amazing. I loved the flavor.
I’ve only made gnocchi one other time, so I don’t consider myself to be experienced with it. But I followed the instructions easily and was very happy with how it turned out. I may or may not have snuck a few of these right out of the pan for snacking on.
As I mentioned before, everything is cooked in one pan. After the gnocchi was cooked, I quickly cooked the asparagus, artichoke hearts, and peas. Everything was tossed together gently with a delicious basil pesto sauce.
One thing I really like about the Gobble recipe cards is that they also show you a photo of the plated dinner. This provides great inspiration so you can plate your dinner as beautiful as you would find in a restaurant.
After plating the Meyer Lemon Gnocchi, I garnished with some of the thin radish coins and goat cheese (which also came in the Gobble dinner kit) and served! This dinner was delicious and one that I would definitely pick again.
If you like to try new dishes, you’ll love the variety that the Gobble menu provides. It changes weekly — for example, this week I saw:
- Pan-Roasted Chicken with Asparagus & Basil Mashed Potatoes
- Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Green Goddess Salad & Potatoes
- Thai Pork Stir-Fry with Haricots Verts & Petite Sweet Peppers
- Shrimp & Scallop Pasta with Caper Butter
- Spinach Stuffed Gnocchi with Mushroom Bolognese & Roasted Red Bell Peppers
- Banh Mi Tofu Bowl with Vermicelli Rice Noodles
- Chickpea Dumplings & Vegetable Curry
Delicious, right?? I want them all!

I really enjoyed how much time I saved this week with having Gobble meals delivered. I was out of town this past week, so that meant this week was a huge catch up week for me, so having the dinner kits delivered was a HUGE help. If life is busy for you too, I recommend you give them a try too.
For a very limited time, I’m able to offer Home cooking Memories readers $50 off your first box of 6 dinners. The regular price is $71.70, so that means your first box of dinners will only be $21.70…what an awesome deal! I’m really excited to be able to offer this to you all.
