Tortilla Pinwheels
Mix together:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
And any one (or be wild and add more than one) of the following: can of diced green chilies (drained), thick-and-chunky salsa, bacon (cooked and crumbled, of course), chopped green onions, 1 cup or so of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup finely diced onion, chopped spinach (thawed and drained well), 4 oz chopped olives (drained), etc.
Spread on flour tortillas (you’ll probably need at least 6 of ’em). Tightly roll up tortillas. Wrap tortilla rolls individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about an hour but no longer than 8 hours. Cut into 1″ slices.
Note: you can also substitute sour cream for the mayo.
