Ginger Ale, Sprite, or 7-Up
Use clear cups or clear glassess (so kids can see it fizzing), put a scoop of lime sherbert in each cup, and fill with drink.

Mix together:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
And any one (or be wild and add more than one) of the following: can of diced green chilies (drained), thick-and-chunky salsa, bacon (cooked and crumbled, of course), chopped green onions, 1 cup or so of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup finely diced onion, chopped spinach (thawed and drained well), 4 oz chopped olives (drained), etc.
Spread on flour tortillas (you'll probably need at least 6 of 'em).
Memorial Day
Today is Memorial Day -- the unofficial start of summer. In the summer, we love to have cook-outs and BBQ's, so today is no different. On the menu today is burgers, macaroni salad, baked beans, corn-on-the-cob, and for dessert, Strawberry Shortcake -- YUMMY! We are doing this all at home, but we are leaving in a few minutes to go play at the park for a bit.I am a bit sad that we aren't with our extended family.
