Easter is just around the corner, so now’s the time to make your plans for the holiday. For a fun Easter activity, I have put together a free printable of Easter dinner conversation starters.
Our free Easter printable is designed for you to print, cut and place each conversation starter in a colorful plastic Easter egg. I like to place the conversation starter Easter eggs into an Easter basket, as part of my my Easter tabletop, which instantly turns them into an interactive centerpiece.
The free printable is in PDF format — just click the image or link below and download the zip file to your computer. Unzip the file and it’s ready for you to print.

Here’s How To Make Your Easter Conversation Starters:
To start, print the Easter dinner conversation starters. I printed on white cardstock, but you could also print on regular printer paper, if you wish.
Cut apart the conversation starters with a paper trimmer or scissors.
Place each conversation starter strip into a plastic Easter egg.
As you can see in the image below, you just need to curve them slightly to get them to fit. Once you put the conversation starter strip into the egg, close the egg shut.
After all your conversation starters are in an Easter egg, place your eggs into a basket.
You can set your basket on your dinner table, or place it somewhere that your guest are gathering. When you are ready to use them, take turns opening an egg and reading aloud the papers inside, with your guests giving their answers.

Hi Mary,
Let me know more specifically where it gave you trouble and I’ll help you out. It is a zip file that you download and it must be unzipped prior to printing. Download the file and make sure you make note to where on your computer that you are downloading it to. Then, go to the zip file in the folder you downloaded it to on your computer. Right click on the zipped folder and select “extract” or “extract all” (this is how to do it if you are a Windows user, MAC instructions will vary). This will unzip the file for you. If you are still having trouble, send me an email at [email protected] and I can email the free printable directly to you. 🙂

Thanks so much for getting back to me. We ended up by copying and pasting in to Print Shop. It was a fun game to play at the Easter dinner and got everyone talking! So glad we got it printed!
