Oh, how I love sandwiches! They are my go-to lunch choice, but I also love a great sandwich for dinner too. My family is on board with my sandwich love too. If we go out to dinner, it’s a 9.99% possibility that 3 out of my 4 kids will order a burger or sandwich of some sort. I also can’t go wrong with making them at home.

While I’ve been known to give equal opportunities to sandwiches that might be classified as boring, I really love one that is different or unique in some way. And major bonus points if it includes glorious cheese!

I have an awesome list of recipes below that make me drool just at the thought of them. They are all a bit more unique than your standard PB&J or lunch meat sandwich…they’ve all got something that gives them an extra yum factor.
