My second favorite flavor of ice cream is rocky road. I don't like marshmallow creme in it though - it has to be real pieces of marshmallows.
I call this candy Rocky Road Cereal Treats because it has those same rocky road ice cream ingredients: chocolate, marshmallows, and nuts. It also includes cereal in it, which in my case, I used Cheerios®.

Just like my Mango Guacamole that I've shared previously, this one includes mango, but it also has one of my husband's favorite fruits: pineapple. I've call it Tropical Guacamole! It's great as a dip with tortilla chips, but you can also use it as a condiment with tacos, fajitas, burgers, burritos, or to dip your taquitos or flautas in. Yum!
