Las Vegas Restaurant: Hash House a Go Go
There is a lot of Las Vegas restaurants. I have no clue how many, but when you factor in everything from fast food to the fine dining, it's a lot. I would imagine that if you ate at a different restaurant every night, it would take you several years to get through it all. And probably just when you were done, you'd have another list of new ones to start with.
With that being said, if I go to a restaurant more than once, more than twice, there must be a reason.

Celebrating with ‘Chopped’ Winner, Christina Olivarez
There is so many fun events around Las Vegas, and this is no exception. Recently, I was invited to a special viewing party at Diego Mexican Cuisine in the MGM Grand. The reason for this viewing party was for us to watch the television debut of Diego's Executive Chef, Christina Olivarez, on Chopped on Food Network. How cool is that? I'm a major fangirl for Food Network and Chopped is one of the shows I watch regularly.

Last week, our family we took a drive down to the Las Vegas Strip. Our destination: Fatburger -- a burger restaurant that is located a bit north of the MGM Grand on Las Vegas Blvd. Our kids love it when we try new places, and that fact that it was on the Strip makes it even cooler.
