A pizza with tons of veggies will always be my favorite but my family also loves pizzas with tons of meat, too. Supreme pizzas are the best of both worlds. This way, everyone in my household is happy! To make it even more better, it has less carbs than a normal supreme pizza!
To make this a loaded supreme pizza, you will need Ground Beef, Pepperoni, Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, and Black Olives. You can always add or change any of the toppings to fit what sounds good to you! Different kinds of toppings could change the cooking time.

Ingredients Needed for Low Carb Supreme Pizza Casserole Recipe:
- Ground Beef (1 Pound)
- Pepperoni (1 Cup)
- Eggs (6)
- Milk (1 Cup)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 Cup)
- Pizza Sauce (2 Cups)
- Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
- Green Bell Pepper (1 Cup – Chopped)
- Small Onion (1 Cup – Chopped)
- Mushrooms (1 8oz – Chopped)
- Sliced Black Olives (3.8oz)
- Mozzarella Cheese (2 Cups)

How to make Low Carb Supreme Pizza Casserole Recipe:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 F. Chop the Bell Pepper, Onion, and Mushrooms.
2. In a skillet over a medium-high heat, add Olive Oil. When Oil is heated, add Bell Pepper, Onion, and Mushrooms. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Set aside in a bowl.
3. In the same skillet cook the Ground Beef until browned. Drain any liquid.
4. Spray the 9×13 Casserole Dish with Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Add Ground Beef and Pepperoni (Reserving a few for the top), tossing together slightly.
5. Add sautéed Vegetables over the meat layer. Sprinkle with Black Olives, reserving a few for the top.
6. In a bowl. whisk Eggs, Milk, and Parmesan Cheese until well blended. Pour over the ground beef and pepperoni mixture.
6. Pour Pizza Sauce over Meat, Veggies, and Egg layers.
8. Top the casserole with the Mozzarella Cheese and remaining toppings.
9. Bake for about 1 Hour or until the eggs are completely set in the middle. Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
