These New Year’s Eve Champagne Cupcakes are one of our favorite desserts! For all of the champagne lovers out there, this one is for you! Especially if you are going to a New Year’s Eve party, these are perfect to bring.

Ingredients for New Year’s Eve Champagne Cupcakes:
- Flour
- Baking Powder
- Butter (For the cupcakes and frosting)
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Champagne (For the cupcake and frosting)
- Milk (For the cupcake and frosting)
- Vanilla Extract (For the cupcake and frosting)
- Powdered Sugar
- Gold Nonpareils Sprinkles
- Gold Star-Shaped Sprinkles
- Silver Cupcake Liners
Cooking Equipment Needed for New Year’s Eve Champagne Cupcakes:
How to make New Year’s Eve Champagne Frosting:
1. In a large bowl, mix butter until light and fluffy. I used a Hand Mixer but you can make this by hand as well.
2. Add vanilla and milk. Make sure to mix it very well before going to step #3
3. Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing well in between each addition. Stir in champagne.
4. Pipe icing onto cooled cupcakes. This piping kit is a great deal! Top with gold sprinkles.
How to make New Year’s Eve Champagne Cupcakes:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a muffin tin with silver cupcake liners
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
3. Mix in the Vanilla Extract. Mix in one egg at a time. After the eggs are mixed in, stir in champagne.
4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
5. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well.
6. Fill the cupcakes liners and bake them for 20-25 minutes until the cupcakes begin to turn golden brown.
7. All the cupcakes to cool before frosting.
